What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your beauty favorites ship, we will send a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Are Julep products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; please check the specific product pages for full ingredient lists and certifications.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your products sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
