Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure all items are securely packed to prevent leakage and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
